All of our medical assistants (MA) are skilled in assisting the physicians in their specialty. We are proud to have a staff of MA's who are either certified or in the process of becoming certified.

Eric
Eric is our lead medical assistant. He is training to be a respiratory therapist and is multiplexing just about everywhere in the office. He is devoted to his family and loves to post the "gone fishing" sign as often as possible.

Connie
Connie brings a sense of humor and a lot of experience to supporting nephrology patients and clinics. To refresh herself she loves to shop, fish and relax with her family.

Tina
Tina is a dedicated medical assistant with an AA degree in Clinical Medical Assisting from Shasta College. Some of her favorite pastimes are being with her family, boating on the lake and jewelry making.

Pamm
After 15 years of medical assisting, Pamm has developed great listening skills, which the patients appreciate. She spends her leisure hours in her beautiful garden and with her delightful granddaughters.
General Office

Margaret
While Margaret is primarily responsible for medical records, she also does privilege credentialing and administrative support. She devotes her leisure time to scrap booking, reading, gardening and the science of toffee making.

Jennifer
Our lead receptionist, Jennifer is outgoing, fun and patient oriented. She loves gardening, fishing and being in nature with her 2 boys.

Sunny
True to her name, Sunny is a bright and energetic employee who fills several roles including reception and medical records. She enjoys being with family and friends and working on her photography.
Nurse Manager

Barb
The group's nurse manager, Barb, is responsible for overseeing patient care and works closely with both the physicians and the staff. A veteran ICU nurse, she capably brings her nursing skills into the critical care office environment. When Barb isn't involved in patient care, she's exploring her passion for quilting or playing with her grandchildren.
Administrator

Marjorie
Shasta Critical Care's administrator, Marjorie, has broad oversight that ranges from human resources to business management. Her primary focus is creating an environment for excellent patient care. When outside of the office Marjorie enjoys the river trail, sewing and jewelry making as well as cooking for friends and being with her family.
Respiratory Therapists

Danine
Danine, besides being a respiratory therapist, is fondly known as the Queen of Domestic Arts because she performs a myriad of creative home arts including cooking, quilting, knitting and canning.

Joye
When not conducting pulmonary function tests (PFTs), Joye has an exciting family life including music, sports boosting and a full range of outdoor activities with her children, bikes and family dog.

Sarah
While working as a full-time respiratory therapist in a local hospital, Sarah also performs PFTs for the group. She enjoys occasional road trips to the coast, being with her family and having fun with her grandchildren.
