Eddie, FNP
Edwina “Eddie” Whitacre has enjoyed working in acute and chronic dialysis for over 30 years. She received her Master’s Degree in nursing from Chico State University and Post Master’s FNP Certification from Sonoma State University. She is nationally certified as a nephrology nurse by the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association and as an FNP by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading mystery novels and gardening.
Mari Jo, PA-C
Mari Jo Hanson received her Physician Assistant Certificate in 2001 from Red Rocks Community College in Denver, Colorado after receiving a degree in Biology (Pre-Med). Prior to working in Pulmonary Care and Sleep Medicine, Mari Jo practiced in a variety of settings including Family Practice for the medically underserved, Women's Health, and Geriatrics. She also treats and teaches patients with Hepatitis C. When Mari Jo isn't seeing patients, you just might find her on her Harley touring our beautiful North State. She also frequents Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen to snowshoe and to ski.
